Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
We are licensed and we carry Commercial Liability Insurance and a Janitorial Bond.

How will you clean while I am running my business?
In order for us to provide an efficient service, it is preferable for us to clean your premises when they are vacant or nearly vacant. This allows us to clean uninterrupted, and we therefore provide almost all of our services after hours, on weekends or on other off days. However, we can work during regular working hours if there is no alternative.

 

Services

Who do you provide your cleaning services to?
We work exclusively with commercial buildings. We provide our services to offices, industrial buildings, warehouses, schools, children centers, libraries, beauty salons, fitness centers, new construction and buildings managed by property management companies.

 

What services do you offer?
Our services for commercial properties include regular office cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, floor stripping, sealing, waxing and buffing, window cleaning, post construction cleaning as well as janitorial supplies.

Do you supply the equipment and cleaning supplies?
Yes, in most cases we use our own equipment and green cleaning supplies. As part of our regular cleaning service, we do not provide consumables such as paper towels, trash can liners etc. With a Consumables management service, we can provide a comprehensive range of items, regularly taking stock and replenishing or refilling for you.

How many people will be involved in cleaning my building?
Our crews usually consist of 2 to 12 employees, depending on the size of the building and the services being provided.

What if the cleaning people break something?

Before leaving the building, an employee who has accidentally broken something is required to leave a note, and advise their supervisor of the breakage. The supervisor will advise the office staff the following morning, and they will be in touch with you that day to discuss replacing the broken item.

What happens if I am not satisfied with an aspect of the cleaning service?

If there are any problems, please call our office at (847) 387 0324 or send us an email. After evaluating the situation we undertake to fix it within 24 hours. We will then revert to you to ensure that the problem has been resolved to your satisfaction.

 

What will you need from me on the first day of cleaning?

If you would like to use our regular cleaning services, please provide us with the items listed below:
2 copies of keys to the entrance door;
2 copies of keys to the private offices;
2 copies of keys to janitor closets;
2 copies of keys to dispensers (toilet tissue, hand towels, soap);
If you have alarm system, please provide us with the code we need to enter when entering and exiting your building;
Please provide us with the names and phone numbers of people we can call with questions and in case of emergency;
If you want us to leave the lights ON in some areas, please let us know what these areas are;

If we are not required to provide consumables for your building, make sure that you have enough trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc.

How do I get a quote for your cleaning services?
You can call us at (847) 387 0324 or fill out our free estimate form online. We will send our representative to your location and he/she will be able to give you a quote based on your requirements.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

We can give you a ballpark number over the phone, but we always prefer to visit the service location before providing a quote. This enables us to take necessary measurements and evaluate the service required. We do not need to meet with you in person if you cannot do so, but we will need access to the building in order to provide an accurate quote. We are flexible, and will accommodate your schedule to visit the location when it is convenient for you.

 

Contracts

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes – all our customers sign a Service Agreement which specifies the details of the services as agreed to by both parties, as well as the price of the services to be rendered. The minimum period of a Service Agreement is 1 year. A separate agreement will be drawn up for any additional services requested by you after the initial service agreement has been signed.

Can I cancel the agreement?

Yes. There are NO PENALTIES for early termination. The agreement may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of Thirty (30) Days written notice.

 

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks.

Scheduling

Do the cleaners always come at the same time on the same day?
Yes. When you sign the initial service agreement, we work out a schedule for your cleaning service. Although we strive to maintain these schedules as closely as possible, deviations may occur occasionally due to weather, emergencies and holidays etc.

What hours and days do you work?
If necessary to meet your scheduling needs, we are able to provide services 7 days per week. While some of our customers’ buildings are cleaned in the morning or during the day, we find that most of our commercial customers prefer to make use of our evening and night service.

 

Security

How do you safely store the keys / key cards / pass codes / alarm codes for my building?
Any pass or alarm codes are stored in a locking key safe whenever possible, along with all physical items. All keys and codes are returned to you upon termination of the service agreement.

Can I trust the cleaners who are in my location after hours?

We are fastidious in our employment process, and perform a criminal background check on all of our employees. We do not offer positions to anyone without a clear criminal record. Regardless of who you hire to provide cleaning services, you should always insist on criminal background checks.

Naturally, our employees are aware that many businesses have closed circuit video security systems installed. In addition, we regularly perform inspections on our cleaning crews during their tours and we are bonded to cover a potential loss.
